dextrose, flaxseed oil.......anyhtign else?


OK THIS IS A 2 PART QUESTION!.........................1 ) WHat are some natural things i can take after a workout that will help the asorbtion of the Whey Protein really good.......See i am low on money and i cant buy any supps right now....and when i do get money i need to save it so please help me........what is the best thing to take with the Whey that is natural.....for ex. sugar or somthing like that.....im not talkign bout mixing it with water or milk ......im talking about a thing like dextrose i can use that u can find in your kitchen???

2)Does Flax Seed Oil come in pill form or liqud form or what? and if it comes in pill form how many a night should i take?

If you can just asnwer one of these qusitions aswner it thnkx very much!

Flax seed oil comes in either casuals or free form oil.

You get far more oil for your money, free form in a bottle....

I take 1 tsp a day which is 14g fat

don't buy flax seed pills.. you'll be taking like 14 pills to get the effects of one tablespoon of flax oil

I get my Flaxseed Oil by the 32 ounce bottle. It will SLOW absorbsion into the system though. I take my flaxseed oil with my bedtime protein shake for just that reason. I want to absorb it slowly.
