It seems to slightly increase energy and supposedly it doesn't turn into estrogen or testosterone in the body, so it doesn't have the negative side effects that DHEA can have. A lot of companies suggest only 25 mg once or twice per day, but that is because it is expensive to manufacture. In reality that dose is too low for most people to notice the positive effects.
