Diet ideas
Currently I am 5'8 160pds. What should my approximate
daily caloric intake
be?
Recently I have been eating approx 5-6 meals a day with almost no carb(simple or complex) and almost all protein. How is this diet going to effect me in the long run?

if you dont know your
caloric intake
a keto diet is not for you
your body needs carbs. your brain needs carbs, and that low is not healthy unless you really know what you're doing and have experience
you can lose weight while still eating carbs
