In a word, no. In several words, no, no, and NO!

Anything that promises instant weight loss is not shedding fat, it is shedding water and muscle. They are not safe, and they are not effective. Almost any diet shown on TV is a scam, sometimes a dangerous scam.

I agree with everyone.
Besides. Losing weights by healthy eating and exercising feels much better...

These million dollar advertising campaigns prey upon the American consumer's "get it done fast" mentality.

Losing spare fat at a healthy rate without muscle loss occurs only at a rate of 1-3 pounds per week for the average person.

Crash diets have crash rebounds. More impt. is to take a slow approach with the idea of reducing or eliminating, in stages, those negative foods and habits that cause excessive fat. Add an interesting and engaging exercise into your weekly life. This leads to a lifestyle change that will be much more permanent and much more healthier.

American's (and possibly others) have developed a kind of "gimme" attitude...we know what we want, and we want it now

those ads are directed at the uneducated person. they are intended to attract the kinds of ppl that dont understand their bodies.

they cut out entire food groups, or they starve the body..its horrible

they claim that u will see results w/in 4 weeks, well ne time u change, ur body will. but results often dont go beyond that

its sad how they take advantage of ppl

Put it like this, if they did work .. which they dont ... they would not help at all in the long run anyway.. do you seriously think that a person who can lose weight instantly like that is going to have the healthy habits that allow you to progress to greater heights in fitness. No. The only way to truly enhance your body is to start from scratch no quick fix job, do it properly, this will essentially sort you out, but it will set you up for life. With your habits of healthy eating and drinking it will be hard to go back to the way you were , rather than trying one of these diets, losing weight , and then thinking ahh I can eat again now , all I have to do is go back on this diet for a couple of weeks, .. not good.
