No. The only way to truly enhance your body is to start from scratch no
quick fix job, do it properly, this will essentially sort you out, but it will set you up for life. With your habits of healthy eating and drinking it will be hard to go back to the way you were , rather than trying one of these diets,
losing weight , and then thinking ahh I can eat again now , all I have to do is go back on this diet for a couple of weeks, .. not good.
