I know how contreversial dnp is I just need a little advice;
I have been using 300mg/day for 10 days with a two week break between cycles-with evey anti-oxidant and precaution known to man-but heres my problem-
Between cycles I put a little fat back on!-this is despite,
Using taurine for t4-t3 conversion,(on and off dnp)
eca every day
Eating lo-carb,
high protein,moderate
healthy fat diet (with 60 min cardio/day)
no steroids(good or bad?)
Eating a high carb meal on the last night to spike metabolism
Can any one help me with getting my metabolism back on track asap-via any means?-(I cant get my hands on t3 though)
I would be vey grateful for any advice
