Do I need supps?

I am 14, and work out hard. Right now im about 115 and 5'2''. Yup I know, I am a little fella. As for working out, every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday I am at my martial arts workin my butt off. On Tuesdays and Fridays, I run and jump on my trampoline. I usually lift 2 times a week, on Saturday nights and Tuesdays, and on those other days i do ab workouts and pushups like crazy. My diet is that there are about 5 meals either having: peanut butter sandwiches with loaded PB, Chicken, Tuna, Noodles (spaghetti or pasta with little marinara or meat sauce) eggs, and the last meals are usually the unhealthiest from fast food to restaraunts not having what i should.. i would like to bulk up, do you guys think that there are any supps out there for me that can do this?

you are very active and your metabolism is at its highest right now... I think you will benefit from a gainer or drinking some MRP's in addition to your 5 meals.

dont be afraid to eat before bed

I never had this problem but im sure you will get some good feedback here and recomendation for a gainer drink to use...best of luck bro, cheers.

Concentrate on getting 80% of your daily calories from whole foods. Dont make the mistake of over-rellying on supplements!
