Do most fitness drugs alter mood?

I know that products with ephedra definetly have an impact on ones mood. One of my friends has gotten pretty big in about 3 weeks time. His persoanilty has been drastically different (in a negative way), and his pecs look big but as if they are holding water- if that makes sense? I was wondering are these signs of steroids or any other drug for fitness?

Water bloat is definately a sign of steroid usage.
As far as mood. Roid rage is something that has been overplayed by the media but the extra test can HOW CAN I SAY THIS enhance feelings on certain issues and cause cockiness. Typically if you are a subdued person while off you will be the same while on though!!

The mood thing is a myth or an excuse. I haven't figured that part out yet. If anything being juiced is sometimes more calming.

Sounds like he is on a prohormone or steroid cycle. I do think that my aggressiveness and sometimes anger increase a pretty good amount, but it is only the weak that can't control it. It sounds like he is one of those people. The media definitely makes it seem like a MUCH bigger deal than it is though. It is exactly the man version of a girl with PMS. Testosterone causes a man to be aggressive, angry, cocky, bullheaded, etc. Estrogen causes a woman to be emotional, bitchy, indecisive, etc.

Both have the ability to control it to an extent, but some individuals chose to let it effect them more than others. There are some people that don't believe in PMS, just as some don't believe in roid rage, as there are some that definitely believe in both. I think there is validity to both, because they are the same mechanism... HORMONES.

The media definitely makes steroids sound as evil as possible. I am SURE it was some form of media that coined the term "Roid Rage" how much more sensational can you get than that?
