Do you keep the gains after a cycle with M1T?

I'm planning on starting a cycle with M1T and 4ad but some people have been saying that you feel great during your cycle but afterwards you don't keep hardly anything you've gained, even with PCT and dieting correctly. So what's the deal? I don't expect massive gains or to become a superman, but I expect to gain something in the end besides lowered testosterone levels and no change in weight or mass.

Three things to help maintain gains:
  1. Lower the volume of work in the gym, but keep the weight heavy.
  2. Eat, eat, eat. High intake of quality food is vitally important at this time
  3. Keep up with your supplementation. Use protein, creatine, PS, EFA's, etc.
If you can do these things you should keep a good portion of your gains.

You'll keep probably about 2/3s or what you put on while taking M1T. Even though it doesnt convert to estrogen, you'll still put on water weight, especially around the stomach area. You MUST use Nolva for PCT with some extra Zinc, a lot of flax, etc.
