do youthink i should take these


im 17 and was wondering if it would be sensible for me to take anything

ive seen some "Muscle and weight gainer" in a shop, i think i do enough work out to take it, its in a powder and u mix it with milk or water, i think its just billions of protein.

Is it safe do you think, or shall i saty away untill im a bit older

As far as your age goes, the products you're talking about are fine. Just be careful with them because a lot of them are just basically protein with a bunch of sugar carbs in them. They will put on "mass", but if you're not careful it might not be the mass you're expecting (a.k.a. fat).

also my friend uses it, hes a bouncer at HMV (just thought ill tell ya that)

how did u know anyway, u seen it?

Sounds like a good idea.Being that you're 17 it'll probably be more helpful since you probably burn a lot of cals normally.
