This is just a general rant and not directed at you.
If it didn't work it wouldn't be so dangerous. I spend so much time on here advocating safety. I didn't read the article, but I assume they tested ANDRO. One of the first actual prohormones other than DHEA that was dubbed the name andro. All prohormones are not ANDRO. There are countless different compounds, alot with their name beginning with andro, but... I think you get the point.
The problem with Andro is that it does raise your testosterone levels significantly above normal (similar to steroids, but not nearly as much) but they often cause side effects as much or more, which is why most
steroid users REALLY look down upon Prohormones. A lot of people refer to them as "side effects in a bottle."
I spend a lot of time on this board trying to educate people, because it seems like the typical Prohormone user is the younger person that is just starting to see some muscle, and they have just gotten through their newbie gains (some are still in their newbie gaining period

) and they want the extra "edge" to put on muscle as fast as possible, but don't want to take and obviously aren't ready for steroids. These are the people that are the most dangerous to themselves and should not be
taking steroids. Before considering prohormones, you need to ask yourself if you are ready for steroids. Iif you are not, then you should not be taking prohormones. If you are ready for steroids, then seriously consider steroids over prohormones. The only reason to really go prohormones, is if you are afraid to inject yourself or if you want to stay legal.
Just because prohormones are legal does not mean they are safe for an 18 year old, or beginner. You can't just pop the pills like other supplements. You need to plan the cycle for several months, and do it during a time when you can devote 100% time, effort, and energy to the cycle.
Although I am constantly preaching about the dangerous effects of PH's, I do think they have their place and should NOT be criminalized. I just do my best to educate people so they do not hurt themselves. It is funny how many people are just willing to put compounds (that they pay hundreds of dollars for) in/on their body that they have no knowledge of what it will do to them if they think it might help them in their cause to gian muscle.
It guess it is human nature to want to get rich and get a nice looking body fast, but geez. I wish people would use more sense.
