Does anyone seem to really get bloated with Creatine ?

I started taking some creatine a week ago and I have gotten a really bloated look. I did not do a loading phase - does anyone else really plump up when taking creatine - and how long does it take to leave your system once you stop taking it. I am trying to lose some body fat, and I am watching my diet and cardio closely - but its hard to tell if I am getting leaner or not.

I started taking Creatine for the first time 3 weeks ago with a loading phase and really haven't noticed any bloating at all. I think it is just starting to kick in though as my last couple workouts I have noticed more endurance and strength so maybe now that my muscles are starting to get saturated with it I may start to soften up a bit but so far I haven't noticed nor have I even felt bloated. I have also upped my water intake where I now drink between 1 1/2 - 2 gal of water a day. I take R-ALA and Arginie too but I don't think they would have anything to do not feeling the bloat so far. I guess everyone is just different. I have heard when you stop you will gradually lose the water weight over the course of a couple weeks.

First time I used it I put on about 12 lbs in one week, but for some reason I've never had that kind of issue again.

I gained a good 6 pounds in water weight and was a bit bloated. It's fine and happens. More for some than others I am assuming. It could also very well depend on the quality of the product a person takes. I would think a crappy creatine wouldn't work as well and cause less bloat than say a Creapure product. That's just my theory.
