Does l-glutamine go bad?

Hi,
I discovered a tub of l-glutamine powder in my cupbard (clutter is bad) and I noticed on the label there is a section for an expiry date. But no date is written. Instead, underneath the tub, is a sticker with a weird number and another sumber saying "08/03". I'm thinking this may mean August 2003 but I don't know.

So I'm asking, does L-Glutamine powder go bad after a while?

is it in a sealed air tight container? and when did you buy it , do you have any idea?

If the exp date says 08/03, it means it's still good. As long as it wasn't left open all the time.

Yup, it was in a sealed tight container. The original it came in. It was always left closed (don't want flies going in!).

If it says '08/03'...oh boy-- I'm in the wrong year!
