just sounds like a pill to waste money with, but hey if you have the cash you can always try it. most people around here would just say eat BIG,lift BIG, sleep HEAVY....which is a signature of a fellow DF member here

I would not recommend muscletech. Too expensive IMO, all hyped.

Leukic does contain Leucine, which is an essential amino acid in turning on protein synthesis. So i would say that Leukic is a safe bet (expensive though). Don't know about Gakic, never tried that one.

You would do best by getting as many of your nutrients you need from real food. Shakes to fill in the gaps and give you more calories if you need them. Once diet and exercise are dialed in just perfect - then suppliments can give your workouts a teensy tiny slight edge...usually not enough to be worth the expense though. If diet and exercise aren't perfect - the supps are usually worthless.
Most of the really big or really strong natural guys suppliment like this:
rice, beans, corn, potatoes, beef, chicken, fish, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, nuts, green vegetables, protein suppliments, milk, water, dextrose, maltodextrin, fruits, oatmeal...then there's creatine - the only suppliment that has actually been scientifically proven to work. However, it just helps move water into the cells, giving your more strength so that you can lift more weight and make your workouts better. The others do in some cases for some people give a slight edge, but only if nutrition and exercise are perfect.

i actually had the p70, and at first you can feel the diff, but then you get used to it. after i got used to it i stopped bc i figured my body was used to it, thus it wasn't producing. What a BIG mistake. it didnt stop working, i was just used to the quick gains, and the feeling. it is worth the money, and if you take it with no2, it'll boost your gains even more

The suppliment that I've tried lately with the best results is lots of food plus Dextrose/Maltodextrin with my protien before and after workouts...lots of it. Best results of my life.
You don't know how something is going to work for you until you try it though so like was already said, if you can afford it, give it a shot. If not then it isn't worth MAYBE working.
Kind of like the NOS craze. I tried it, liked it, nice pumps, excellent veinyness during and after workouts. End result - no real improvement so I didn't buy anymore after giving it a full 8 week trial. Other folks still swear it's the best thing since creatine.
Speaking of creatine - of all the suppliments you can just walk into a store and buy - it's the only one actually medically proven to work.

OK, I'll bite. Did you mean the Evangelical Theological Society? Or perhaps a Tanning Bed Manufacturer? Or maybe even the Educational Testing Service?
Just busting on you Dark. What did you mean? I'm sure it is something simple but I'm not coming up with it yet.

It is called Extreme Training Support and I swear that the stuff really does work I'd compare its effectiveness to creatine actually.
