Have you ever tried to milk a gorilla??? I don't think that it'd be a nice experience, otherwise I think we'd see gorilla milk in supermarkets... why don't we all try some Badger milk?????

...and the gorillas could be sedated.

As for the badger milk...it probably was or could have been a great success at one time...if one could have fenced in large herds of them and then marketted it like the dairy industry markets their products.

Dude, you talk about milk as if it were the most dangerous radio active toxic substance on earth, and I don't think it's bad for you att all, me and all my family have been drinking milk and dairy products since we were born and nothing bad happened to us, my grandfather died a few years ago and he was 85 years old, everybody in my family has good health and we're not vegetarians (yuck) and we drink a ****load of milk and milk derived products.
I don't think animal protein is bad for you, milk protein is one of the best proteins for muscle growth, the only protein that is superior is egg albumen, whey protein has a wonderfull amino acid profile and it's milk derived, cassein was considered the best protein for bodybuilders before whey came into the game, now ask any bodybuilder about soy protein and you really won't like the answer, some of them would say that they wouldn't feed it to their dogs...
Now I'm not saying that vegetable protein is bad, but IMO it's not better than animal protein at all.
Now some people choose not to eat meat and animal derived products (vegans), and I don't have a problem with them as long as they don't try to convince me to do the same.
Did ya'll know that thousands of rabits and rodents die every time a grain crop is harvested? and the worst part is they die for no reason so there's no way around it, if you eat something you can be sure that a animal died, even if it's soy, at least I eat the meat of the cows and chickens that get killed for a reason (and boy do they taste good!!! ).
I'm not trying to be an ass here, just expressing my opinions...

It looks like you are also going to have to dump your whey protein powder guys since it is a dervative from milk and consume tons of estrogen raising soy protein so you can look like a "girlie" man.

No food is perfect. Actually a severe calorie restricted diet is the most "healthy" way to live but this is a body building board not a site for longevity.

P.S. I put healthy in quotations because looking like an emaciated sickly person is not my definition of being healthy

I never said that anyone was not entitled to ther own opinion or entitled to choice...I was just stating FACTS that many people are unaware of. The "me and all my family have been drinking milk and dairy products since we were born and nothing bad happened to us" argument is quite weak...I have know of people that have smoked cigarettes and lived into their 90's...so smoking isn't bad for you?

... Andreas Cahling never looked like a 'girlie man' and he is a vegetarian.

As far as the comments about rabbits dying...I am not talking about 'animal rights' I am only talking about what is best.

Furthermore...animal protein cannot be the best source of protein because the human body must break it down first and then build it back into protein. A SIMPLE study of the human digestive system can show even the simplest of people that humans are biologically SUPPOSED to eat predominantly vegetation.

Once again, I realize it is each individual's choice to eat what they want to eat...but if you think that the facts on milk are shocking ( they are TRUE no matter how shocking you may think they are ), you should see the facts about meat!

Longevity board...yes it isn't one of those but bodybuilding is actually based upon health and enhancing health so it is very applicable information. Furthermore, if you aren't interested in the health and the longevity...just jump on the steroids and take Lyle Alzado cocktails every day. You can work out like demons and REALLY see the results.

Yes, if you subscribe to denial and are one of the sheep to the media/marketting of the big industries of the world, I suppose you are right.

The only way for humans to eat food that has the same protein composition as their bodies is to . . . well . . . eat humans!
