first off thanks for your answers , but i think i got my diet proper , morning ill i take 2 hot-rox 1-cup oatmeal 2 scoopps (on wheyprotein mixed with skimmilk with 54g protein)then 10g creatin mono then i go work out for 45hr cardio -m,t,w,t,f +15-20of weights m,w,f off sat+sun then about 3 hrs latter 1 cup non fat yogurt and protein shake lunch either grilled
chicken sandwich (mcd no mayo ) salad and water or subway club supper is either chick breast veg, and salmon or something allong those lines and on wed nights i
play basketball 2 hrs know i hope someone can maybe can makesome adjustments for me again iam 6' 250 and 29%bf my goal is 195 i would like to keep my muscle but lose the spare
