Your T-levels are at their max around at 24-26. After that its downhill from there. So waiting until then might be optimal but younger athletes could also benefit from it. I would not recommend them to anyone under 21 or anyone who has not trained
consistantly for at least 2 years. Athletes tend to rely on supplements too much. Prohormones should be seen as a "last resort"...the proper training and nutrition must be in place first. Too many guys spend lots of $$$ on supplements and train and eat like crap, then wonder why they did not see results.
Moral of the story.....make sure your foundation is in place and you are over 21.
