Does Tribulus really work?

What do you guys think of Tribulus as a natural testosterone booster - does it work? Has anyone experienced good results with it? How much should I take daily and how long should I take it.

Thanks for your help.

yea..i used to use Ultimate nutritions bulgarian tribulus. 45% sterrodial saponins. dont expect to raice your test levels like crazy. but i did notice that i broke out with a little acne when using it. just remember, you estrogen will increase too. it's not really worth taking though. if you want to increase test then try a prohormone.

The older you are the more effect Tribulus will have on your T-levels. It does work and is a great option to the prohormones, but you will not get near the kind of results porhormones will give you.

Here is a list of prohormones you may want to look into if you want to go that. I would recommend MAG-10 .

at what age would you start using pro-hormones/or tribulus. If you were thinking of trying a cycle.

Your T-levels are at their max around at 24-26. After that its downhill from there. So waiting until then might be optimal but younger athletes could also benefit from it. I would not recommend them to anyone under 21 or anyone who has not trained consistantly for at least 2 years. Athletes tend to rely on supplements too much. Prohormones should be seen as a "last resort"...the proper training and nutrition must be in place first. Too many guys spend lots of $$$ on supplements and train and eat like crap, then wonder why they did not see results.

Moral of the story.....make sure your foundation is in place and you are over 21.
