thats just one of a few inaccurate claims made by the sellers of CEE products. they claim that you dont have to load with it as you have to do with ole monohydrate. that is false.

J Appl Physiol. 1996 Jul;81(1):232-7.

Muscle creatine loading in men. Hultman E, Soderlund K, Timmons JA, Cederblad G, Greenhaff PL. Department of Physiology and Pharmacology, University Medical School, Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham, United Kingdom.

three grams a day over a period of 28 days was just as effective as ingesting 20 grams a day for 6 days. so there is no need to load with monohydrate, its up to the individual.

now as far as loading CEE itself, i dont know. i'm waiting for the evidence to show that it actually is superior to monohydrate as they claim before i become interested in it.

Loading is not necessary for any creatine product. It just takes more time for saturation to occur

I take NO-Xplode, and I've taken SAN V12 and neither need loading.
