Downing the whole shake

Hey

i am really enjoying getting back into weight training and i am taking optimum nutrition protein shakes twice a day but i got a ? I cant get the whole shake mixed up and there is always a lumpy, nonmixable part to my shake and i can get it downed to just about gone except for that lumpy part but i was wondering if i should just be a man and down it or what. I mean i cant mix it up. Believe i have tried and my blender is tore up so i just have to use a spoon.... am i losing that much by not drinking it all

what i do is once ive mixed the power in as much as I can, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. That makes the powder much easier to dissolve

Get a shaker cup. I have like 10 of them (I got them as give aways)
All you gotta do is look for them.

I'm using up the rest of my GNC 100% whey and the only way I can get it down is to heat up water, not quite a boil but close, then mix in the protein powder and add a few dashes of splenda, tastes mighty fine considering it's horrible when it's cold and lumpy.

Try mixing 1/2 the package in a shaker cup.If you don`t have a shaker cup a sports bottle will work just fine.Any bottle that can be capped.Shake like hell then mix in the other 1/2 shake again and walla.
