e/c/a stack?


i've done about an hours research on this forum trying to figure out what the heck an e/c/a stack is. From what ive gathered its a combination of ephedrine / caffiene / aspirine to help promote fat burn/weight loss. Im currently looking in the market for such a popular process of losing weight safely. my questions are.

Hasnt ephedrine been banned of use?
can it be bought over the counter?
are they're other variations for the asirine part?
can the stack be made without having to pay a fortune?
where can i get this stack?
can i just buy caffine/ephedrine/XXXXXX pills and make my own stack?
If so and this CAN be done legally, how much should i be taking and how many times a day should i be.

im 200lbs 5"7 18 yrs
wanting to just get ripped, I dotn mind the weight.
I strength train 6 times a week at maximum intensity i can handle. I work the whole body throughout the week and do cardio 3 times a week.

and if you want a real good fat burner, go to physicalenhancement.com, go to research chems, and get some clenbuterol...its a great fat burner, and it prevents muscle loss/promotes muscle growth

i dont do much cardio, usually some competitive bball.. I rely on heavy lifting for weight management

well you should just do more cardio before relying on eca...and the post was edited, because it said 6 times a day
