E/C stack after 2 weeks *Pics*

Well i guess a little narrative would help so here we go. Im a small guy at 5"5'. I have been working out for a lil while now and my lightest is where i am now, 150lbs and my heaviest was around 168. I never had a 6 pack, always wanted one, but my diet and me have never agreed. I got my diet in check and got to around 156lbs. I know every1 is gonna say "wtf start bulking".
I dont wanna get huge. I wanna be in shape with some nice cuts.

In an effort to get here I started an E/C stack 2 weeks ago.
I took 1/2 dose (17.5mg) of Vaspro and 1/2 dose (100mg) of caffeiene only on workout days, 1hr before my routine.
I noticed i was able to really focus and bang out sets with vigor. I was able to do my routine.....my cardio...and still want more. It got me buzzing.
Gym routines remained the same.
I went from 156lbs to 150lbs.

What i didnt like about the stack was that............the appetite supressant part is pretty damn strong. It made me almost skip a meal or 2 which is not good. Its a fine line to walk between getting big and getting a cut up midsection. Thats where i am now.

Its only 2 weeks. I dont know if i should continue. I only been taking 1/2 dose 5 days a week of each.
I have lost 5lbs. I deff. have lost some mass in those 5lbs as well.

My current thinking is to either:
1.) lose the E and just keep the C to stimulate me before my workouts
2.) Keep the stack as is but make a concerted effort TO EAT MORE

Here are the pics. Its only been 2 weeks. I dont know how to pose. I didnt get all the pics lined up the same way to before and after. I will make sure I do the next round. Criticize away

Here you can start to see early development of maybe some abs, long way to go though

I was recently told by a friend at the gym that he thinks i should stay where I am now and up my protein intake. Also that im in the best shape he has seen me in my 1.5 years of working out. And no, he wasnt trying to F me.
So here i am seeking further opinions

Honestly dont see much of a difference between the pictures. What are you doing for abs right now? You may need to be tweaking that a little to really make your abs grow. If you want to keep burning fat optimally just watch your diet and stick with the ephedra. Lookin good either way.

Thanks, yes i know, the differences are subtle. It has only been 2 weeks.
The tricep, the round of the shoulder, some parts of my back. You can see those got a little more cut.
I now added a 1900 cal diet, so this diet + e/c stack + my normal routine should do it.
