ECA + Cardio?


is it safe to take the suggested dosage of ECA stack on the bottle (6 x a day) and do cardio to? im 153, 17% bf. i already have an athletic build and a lot of upper-body definition but my sides bulge. i do cardio in the morning before breakfast. would it be bad to take my first dose before cardio, and then go out and run?

Yes its safe to take & do cardio too.You can take it in the morning before your cardio if you like to.

I don't know much about ECA. But I know that ECA has caffeine in it. Before I did cardio, I used to have a cup of black tea and I'd say it increased my stamina greatly.

should i take it at a certain time before a meal, with a meal, or before a meal, and/or workout?
