the label says a max of 2 caps taken 3 times a day: morning, noon, and early evening. someone posted in an ECA thread before advising me NOT to dose after 5. now considering i take
baby steps cycling the first week and considering i wake up at about 9 every morning, does that mean i'll be popping 2 caps at say 10am, 2 more at 1pm, and 2 more at 4pm pre-workout? thats the max dose spread in a duration of 6 - 7 hours in my 16-hour day!!! doesnt that sound a bit insane when it comes to ephedra??? i mean when the say "early evening" they werent being very directly informative. please, some suggestions...
