Hehe sorry to make another post but i've been reading up a lot lately and am loaded with questions. I have heard great things about ecdysterone and almost as equally about methoxy. Can people list some things they know about these 2? I have read that ecydysterone can cause you to lower in bf as much as 10% in 10 days... also both increase muscle mass. God i am so confused so many supps...

Well, you will lose weight with both of those supps, but it will mostly be from your wallet. I've tried them and they didn't live up the hype. Frustrating as anything....trying to find supps that work.
PS A good diet and exercise routine is the way to go. Be patient, be consistent, and learn to visualize what you want to look like.

Im slowly getting to what i want to look like but now that i am almost there i want to go further. If i had a set goal i would probabl never think of these supps twice but now i am really excited to going further. Are either worth buying to try or no? Your opinion on this is very valid so i will most likely do what you think. Since i am 15 though that would be my only concern because maybe it will affect me differently? If you can read through my other post in the supp section. Thanks.

Dude your fifteen dont concentrate on all the suuplements, just make sure you train, eat, and rest right.
