Sorry that no one seems to know the answer to your queastion. But i'll hazard this guess as an answer. It's probably gonna be bad for you, so if you care about you mind and body stay away from anything much more harsh then alcohol and weed. Hell, even those are bad for you but who am I to say we should never indulge in anything?

I'm not going to jump on the moral pony here because it's already been done, but this sentence made me laugh. For the average Joe I would say no biggie, but when you throw steroids into the mix you've become NOT the average Joe anymore and alcohol and weed should be avoided as much as xtc.
I would worry more about drug interactions than gains and losses. I don't know anything about any of the drugs, but that's what I would be nervous about.

Once in a while isn't gonna hurt you. just don't get in the habit of taking drugs like E and LSD with steroids. Marijuana is fine, though.

i was worried about both actually - but i really wanted to do this one right, thats why I was so pissed the next day...I have taken X plenty of time before but never with roids in my system - nor would I do it again - too much at risk...health above anything else.

hurt? as in what sense? lessen the effects of the cycle our put me to bed for good???
anyhow - Im not goin down that road again - too much at risk - Ill wait till im good and done to pop the XTC

I don't know much about the steroid part of the equation but the X is just hard on your body because you were probably up all night. Remember you are always supposed to get plenty of sleep (8 Hours or so). Well with the X that probably went down to about zero for the night. That in and of itself is a big setback that might take two-three days to recover from.
So in my opinion you've probably set yourself back by about two to three days, but that's not too terrible. Although if you are serious about getting big then you might consider laying off that stuff for a bit.

I think Steve means generally, which I agree with. What you will find with recreational drugs is the partying lifestyle that goes with it. Late nights, alcohol, dehydration, poor diet etc these will all dent your gains if you do it often enough, and gear is no substitue for these, no matter how much you use.

All this makes good sense guys...seems with all the feed back i have received that my set back was very minor. my diet has been great, Ive been getting plenty of sleep and my workouts have not suffered - this was a one shot deal...thanks again for the advise guys!
