I went to my local supplement store to get some creatine monohydrate and I started talking to the sales guy about all the different kind of creatine. He said that the monohydrate has a very low absorption rate and can cause cramping/bloating/diarrhea. He said there are newer forms of creatine which have less side affects and are absorbed a lot better, he suggested Endocre3 by BodyBuilding Supplements. It was a similar price to the other creatines he had there but if more gets absorbed then it’s a better price.
Has anyone used EndoCre3 or know how good the product is?
with creatine in any form, the absorption rate depends on the individual. if you have naturally high levels of creatine, you're just not going to absorb any more.

"Illegitimi non carborundum"
Hmmm... I'm wondering about the validity of this one being more effective. There's limited research to this point on the CE3 products. The main thing I noticed is that the serving size is twice that of the typical creatine monohydrate serving (5g). Perhaps thats where they think it'll be more effective and why it appears to be the same price as the creatine monohydrate.
Reading over the label again is calls the creatine "endogenous creatine"
Found this article that explains Endcre3... I was going to type the entire back of the label but that would have taken too long (not the best typer)
here are the directions:
to save money take 1/2 as much as the creatine you’ve been using and get the same creatine benefits.
To super charge your creatine: take the same about of Endocre as the creatine you've been using - and effectively double creatine to formerly impossible level
ls.
i'm a little confused: "endogenous" literally means "created by the body".
that, to me, seems to imply that you're not actually taking creatine, but a creatine precursor designed to stimulate your body's own natural production of creatine.
the only reference to "endogenous creatine" i can find refers to general articles about creatine and to various supplements. there doesnt' seem to be an actual *product* called "endogenous creatine".
sounds like trademark hype.
