Yes, you should be able to find it over the counter at the pharmacy in some form or another.

Its legal to take as a cold preparation. Some sporting authorities still have it banned for its stimulant effects.

I heard you could still buy ripped fuel and xenadrine overseas... when I was on spring break in mexico they had ripped fuel in the GNC down there with ephedra. Any easy way to get a hold of the stuff, I loved it.
