Question

Ephedrine/Caffeine Dosage?? anyhelp


Hi there , i`m currently 15% bfat (was 18% 7 weeks ago) and i`m aiming at getting as low as 10% or less .I`ve got 50 Ephedrine pills @30mg and 50 caffeine pills @200mg. I never tried the e/c stack , and i was going to test my tollerance by taking :

week 1: 1/2 ephedrine (15mg) & 1/2 caffeine (100mg) before training and in the morning onnon training days, training is at 12.30pm

Week 2 and beyond : 30mg ephedrine & 200 caffeine daily till the 50 pills finish

I know they`re not inthe correct ratio of 1:10 , will it still works?
Is it better to take them twice daily after week 1 or it is better to take them once but for a longer time ; i.e 7 weeks instead of 5 weeks

it will definitely still work, i think normal EC stacks go with 20mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine, but i may be wrong

normal ec stack is 25/200 which I currently take 3 times a day, twice is usually sufficient, next week I'll be taking 50/400 in the morning, and 25/200 again later in the day, you'll begin to see your tolerance go up, at that time up the dose til the sides get to you. Definitely a great aid in fat loss, 30/200 would be a fine split too.

jgriffith the optimal stack is 20mg/200mg, but since most ephedrine pills come in 25mg that is the norm, however not optimal. It doesn't make much of a difference anyhow.

thanks for your answers;
is it better to take 15eph./100caffeine x 2 times daily
or 30eph./200caffeine in the mornin g or bere workout once a day?

Throw in some aspirin at 300mg 3x daily to really get your metabolism going.

After you assess whether you can handle it, 30/200 twice a day would be better IMO.
