You should be very careful is what you should do, I use the ECA stack, and although its O.K , it is very strong. You'll want to take it about 40minutes before any cardio, however as you will find out you wont want to push yourself to the edge in the sessions because your heart will feel as if its going to break through your chest if you take it over the top ....... keep well hydrated.

Could you please tell me what the ECA stack is? Like is it 3 different pills, one each aspirin, caffeine, and ephedrine, or is it one pill you have to buy (maybe at GNC or The Vitamin Store)?
I am going to start on the CKD tommorow, and on Lyle Macdonalds journal he says to take it and a multivitamin, and some other stuff I didn't know what it was but oh well. I already have a Centrum.
Also, when do you take it Lee? Before your workout or when?

Umm, and maybe the most important question: Why do you take it? What are the benefits of ECA?

Yep you got it, It is 3 different pills taken at the same time, baby asprin, ephedrine and caffiene. I take one shot of all 3 pills 40min before my breakfast in the morning, and another stack of it 40min before my workout. It acts as a thermogenic to aid fat loss, quite an effective one too I might add Be careful though, assess your tolerence to it first by chopping the pills in half

Ok, I was just checking to see if another teenager was using it, you know, for like a comfort to my parents. They know (and support) my CKDiet, but I havn't told them about the ECA yet, just gathering info right now about it.

ECA and cardio is cool. Sweat like a pig!
E- Ephedra 400mg
C- Cafeine 200mg
A- Aspirin 100 - 200mg
Taken twice daily - don't take it at night - you won't sleep.
The aspirin is probably to thin out your blood a bit as EC raises your bloodpressure. That's my opinion anyway.

Hi all,
What does each of the individual ingredients do?
I'm alergic to Aspirin, I haven't tried it for years, but when I did I went dizzy and kept falling over!
I've never taken baby Aspirin.
Is there an alternative to Aspirin?
Are the ingredients readily available from mainstream shops, such as H&B in the UK?
Atb,
Gaffer.

Gaffer, all the ingriedients are available, except one; Ephedrine. For some unknown reason, it appears to be banned and made illegal here, thats why mostof the thermogenics here are nothing like as good as america etc as they dont contain that core ingriedient.... however watch out america! They are banning it there too ! Twinlabs have already started to take their products containing this off the market, I'd stock up
