Ephedrine is safe

I'd like to make the point that ephedrine is a very safe supplement when used correctly. I just don't see why there's so much negative press about it. Yes, a few people may have died from it but how many other supplements and drugs have caused exponentially more deaths? - Aspirin, cold medicines, alcohol etc?

If you cycle on and off ephedrine, take half of the recommended dosage when first taking it, and have no pre-existing medical conditions you should be just fine.

A look at the facts always reveals the truth.
