Ephedrine strikes again

A friend told me about his friends brother who died during a track meet after taking ephedrine. He was a senior in highschool. I can't believe this crap anymore. I dont know if they stuff is safe or not...as for me...I'll stick to diet to take my fat off.

Yea, I don't think I'll take it any time soon, maybe hwen I'm out of colllege and my metabolism slows to a crawl I might give it a shot, but not now, just dieting without any drugs has done me alright so far, and I might try Cayenne to see if that helps too.

That said though, I believe if you follow directions, then it's safe.

Does every here drive? Do you go out in the sun? Do you swim in the ocean? You do a hundred things a day that is potentially deadly. Some fat ass, over weight pitcher starves himself and takes 3 Xenadrine (over the recommended amount) and people want it banned. That guy was 20+lbs over weight, on a fasting diet and has a family history of high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease and seriously dehydrated. This was basically suicide. Ignorance will kill you. Its all about accountability, people want to blame a little pill for someone's death, when in fact it was no one's fault but his.

As for you friend's friend's brothers friend or whatever, Im sure he wasnt properly hydrated or had a previous medical history. I apologize for sounding like an asshole, but its irresponsible, clueless people like this that get our pro horomones banned and no potentially ephedrine.

While I agree Ephedra is more or less safe when used properly, I have concerns about whether it belongs under the classification "supplement". Under the 1994 law, supplements don't need to be regulated or their effects studied, there just needs to be "no harm" shown. Ephedrine no longer really seems to qualify as a no-harmer. (Plus I have major issues with that retarded law in the first place.)

I don't want to see it banned, I want to see it regulated- dose-controlled, studied, the whole shebang.

Well my advice is ifyou dont want to risk ECA, which is safe when taken correctly, then go with clen. It has a half life of longer than a day so it ain't illegal or at least not in most countries... so I've heard, gonna cost you a tad more though about $180 per 355ml and it tastes like ****, so get the caps for god sake

Dehydrated or not dehydrated. It's unfortunate, and I wont be taking ephedrine anytime soon. Noone cares how cut your body is when it's lying in a coffin. It's health before physique for me.

Haz, rest assured bro this stuff is safe to take as long as you get advice on how to take it, dont let that guys ignorance determine the outcome for you. I use ECA with no problem, so to do most of the guys ont he board.

One of these days we'll need to put warning signs on our cars: WATCH OUT!! THIS THING CAN RUN YOU OVER!
or signs on bottles of water: IF TAKEN INCORRECTLY YOU MIGHT CHOKE OR DROWN. PLEASE TAKE CARE!

Everything in this world carries a risk. It's how you do things that makes the difference. If taken sensible ECA is as safe as anything out there. SENSIBLE.
