Expiry Date of some AST products

Hi, I've bought this 2 products from AST some time back last year.

http://ast-ss.com/Products/ProductPage.asp?ProdID=17

http://ast-ss.com/Products/ProductPage.asp?ProdID=18

Was wondering for those who bought the same products, how much later is the expiry date away from the manufacturing date? Is it a year or 2 years, because mine seems to be a year only. What about other AST products. Please I need help and to compare. Thanks.

for my Optimum Nutrition creatine, it was about 1.5 years. I bought it in Thanksgiving 2004 and it just expired this April 2006. I assume AST creatine would be similar.

[edit] sorry for the mistake, meant 2004 not 2005, thanks firehawk

I don't know, I don't keep them long enough to go out of date. Protein is for eatin' not for savin'. Same for dextrose and creatine.

Thanks for the advice, it's just that I've totally clean forgotten they were still sitting in a corner, I didn't train for a while due to injury and of course not actively using them.

Try 'em. The stuff inside can't read. I take out of date stuff all the time. My mother in law is trying to poison me so when she finds out of date protein bars, powerbars, and the like at the discount store - she buys loads of them to send to me. Sometimes cause gas, but otherwise... they seem to be fine.
