fat burner+ creatine and fat loss????

So im now starting to figure out proper dieting and Ive been working out regularly for a little while seeing some results in strenght and muscle endurence and now i would like to add nutrients for the next two months while im on a quest to look as good as possible for the summer

I would definetly like to add a fat burner and I am also interested in adding creatine that has glutimine and nitic oxide

I was reading that if i do not want to add weight its good to use a a tri-creatine or creatine kre-alkalyn.

right now i work full time basically labouring for a construction landscaping company and i workout 3times a week..i usually do weight training, working 2-3 muscles then i do 30-45mins of cardio(usually on the elliptical trainer)

So if im worried about loosing the extra fat on my body do these two supplements sound good?

can i still take creatine when wanting fat loss resluts?

any other suggestion on supplents would be great also?

Mostly, in my opinion, you are throwing money away on these supplements.

Creatine is good because it helps you be stronger, which helps lead to more muscle, in the end more muscle = more fat loss.

If your diet can handle the sugar, use regular creatine monohydrate with dextrose (5g creatine 30-40g dextrose post workout on lifting days). If it can't you'd have to go with creatine ethyl ester. It's considerably more expensive nnd I'm not 100% certain how to use it. According to the labels I've seen, it's 2x a day, every day.

only reason I want to take the fat burner is because i was talking to a coworker who is taking them and he said he has had excellent results..

how do i know if my diet can handle the sugar??? I rarely eat food or drinks with sugar now so im assuming i could handle it?

thanks for the advice

If you are doing low carbs - then no sugar. If you are controlling calories and portion sizes instead and if you don't go over your caloric needs for the day by adding it, then you can have it.

Fatburners may or may not help, but won't come close to doing what proper diet and cardio will do for you.

No offense intended here, but if you are seeing results, then clearly you do not need supplements. You only need some patience.
