It's not a hijack, it's a related follow up question.
I'm not familiar with lecithin for weight loss. However Chromium picolinate will not hurt, nor will L-Carnatine. I've seen both sold in health food stores and advertised as amazing fat loss and
muscle building suppliments. Good for everything from colds, moles, to sore...umm never mind. The truth is they will not hamper your efforts and you can find studies to show they help. However, I've tried both and don't take any suppliment for less than 8 weeks to give it a fair, honest evaluation. I didn't notice any difference from using them vs not using them.
Nothing will help you reach your goal better than getting the
proper nutrition and exercise geared towards that goal. Whatever that goal is.
If you want to look like a bodybuilder - you've got to eat like one.
If you want to look like an anorexic supermodel - you've got to eat like one.
If you want to look like a sumo wrestler - yep, you guessed it.
If you want to look like a healthy/fit person then eat and exercise for that goal and you'll look like one because you'll be one.
