Fat Burners

I have been seeing a lot of advertisements for the following fat burners:

Relacore
Smartburn
Tight

Has anyone tried any of these products? If so, could I please have some feedback on your findings? Relacore and Smartburn promote that they are stress reducers for women that focus on burning fat in the stomach, thighs, and butt. Tight is a one pill a day fat burner that targets the entire body.

Any feedback would be appreciated........:

Haven't heard of any one of them. All they do, at best, is elevate your heart rate and give you a false sense of energy.

The most proven method of fat burn, in my opinion, is exercise intensity, pedal to the metal style.

How can a pill target the butt, thighs and stomach? I agree with Pierini.

People are now taking relacore and it's relatives (cortislim and such)because they find them to be good stress relievers.

That's supposed to be how they make you lose weight. Reduce your stress, you don't have excess cortisol (that catabolic hormone) and you don't store fat.

Do they work? Don't know, I've never tried them. When I feel stress, I relieve it in the weightroom. That seems to get the fat off quite well.

It's not a hijack, it's a related follow up question.
I'm not familiar with lecithin for weight loss. However Chromium picolinate will not hurt, nor will L-Carnatine. I've seen both sold in health food stores and advertised as amazing fat loss and muscle building suppliments. Good for everything from colds, moles, to sore...umm never mind. The truth is they will not hamper your efforts and you can find studies to show they help. However, I've tried both and don't take any suppliment for less than 8 weeks to give it a fair, honest evaluation. I didn't notice any difference from using them vs not using them.

Nothing will help you reach your goal better than getting the proper nutrition and exercise geared towards that goal. Whatever that goal is.

If you want to look like a bodybuilder - you've got to eat like one.
If you want to look like an anorexic supermodel - you've got to eat like one.
If you want to look like a sumo wrestler - yep, you guessed it.

If you want to look like a healthy/fit person then eat and exercise for that goal and you'll look like one because you'll be one.

Save your money and invest in ephedrine and caffeine and good fatty acids like fish oils, sesamin, etc.
