Fat burners/blockers and carb blocker

Does anyone know of any "REAL" working fat burning/blocking and carb blocking supplements that "actually" work or am I just wasting my time?

Work for what?

What are you looking for?

A short term approach to a long term problem to deliver temporary results only to yield greater returns when you stop taking it you mean?

Well, sure they'll do that for you....

I was trying to help accelerate my fat loss. I take it I shouldn't waste my time or money?

That's why I was asking you what you wanted out of this.

A lot of things can "accellerate your <weight> loss" ... but you need to also have a realistic understanding of what that means. Even if you find something that does work, let's say you do,... you need to accept the fact that your results will be false, and that statistically you will regain any weight lost plus more.

If you want the best most efficient method: eat healthy, exercise with weights and cardio, and sleep.

There are no short cuts.

At least none that last.

Thank you Merrida. You made my decision much easier.

I'll stick to the hard work.

yes many things will help cut that fat down, but the main thing is hard work and a good diet......

for over the counter helps......hydroxy cut, xenadrine and the such will help increase calorie consumption

for prescription med....you have T-3, T-4, clenbuterol, insulin

for totally illegal means.....DNP(I do not recommend this)

personally I say stick to the hard work and proper diet..

Dude, I hope that's just a typo. Ehpedra-containing products generally increase calorie expenditure, not calorie consumption. (Eating more wouldn't exactly be conducive to fat loss.)

However, ephedra-containing products will raise your BMR and will help accelerate fat loss. Be sure to read the warning on the label though and if you're not sure, stay away from those products. The same can be said for most guggulsterone products although they generally work best in conjunction with ephedra (personal experience talking).

But, make sure your diet and workouts are in order before starting any fat-burn supplementation.
