FAt Burners. HARd On Liver?

I got a freind thats heavy drinker and eats way too much fast food. This caused him to gain nasty pot belly which is nasty. And waht makes it worst is that he his only 20.

But the plus side is i got him to start working out and he his slowly trying to improve his eating habits. And for beer, well, he his trying to make progess to stop.

Also, i think he his desperate to loose that belly so he went to GNC and bought Thermogain by mucsletech. So i was wondering if it would be too hard on his liver since he his a heavy drinker.

um - i'd be hesitant to take the stuff. he's just gotta learn patience and that he'll lose the gut when he's fully committed to it and that means controlling the beer, cleaning up his diet, and regular exercise, not a magic pill.

Good advise.

I will try to tell him that. BUt i am not gonna try to control his diet or his drinking. That something he his gonna learn how to do himself. Wonder what i gotta do to put that through his head. Oh well i figure it out.

Hand him the book the ultimate diet 2.0 by lyle mcdonald. If he read that at least he would realize he has to stop being ignorant if he wants to lose that spare tire. Fat burners do help, when coupled with a great diet. Otherwise i think they are pointless.
