I read some times ago that you could have your leptin high on a 40-40-20 % diet, with some supplements.
I am doing it and it seems to work well for me (female in maintenance) :
Vitamin E = 2 x 400 IU
Zinc = 2 x 5mg
Glucosamine sulphate = 3 x 500 mg
Easy to do, cheap, and works well ! I can see fat melting all around !
