fat burning WITHOUT muscle loss?

I'm trying to concentrate on my mid section to get rid of the small concentration of fat there. Being that I consume L-Glutamine, is it a good idea to take some sort of fat burner like Thermo Burn? Will the Glutamine prevent me from burning up hard-earned muscles that I'm trying to keep for the time being while I try to make my spare tire leave? I do drink 2 to 3 protein shakes a day as well, and take creatine. So, would the caffeine in T-Burn make my body flush the creatine out, or can I take both, but at different times? Please help?

No supplement will dictate how much muscle is loss. That is soley based on your diet. Keep your protein high.... Carbs on the low GI side.....and MAKE SURE to consume multiple (5+) meals daily. Also dont forget about fats. They are a important part of your diet and bodily functions just make sure to try to get mostly good fats.

wait a sec.....I thought the glutamine theory was squished quite to death a while back as being almost useless.

yet another question...

My diet consists of 6 eggs for breakfast, 1 protein bar for lunch, and chicken or a subway sandwich for dinner. What would be something that I could add between meals that would be more helpful than not? Also, if I do take a fat burner, I will obviously not be hungry. So is this the wrong thing to do?
