fatty acid supp

Flax oil or Fish oils are a good bet. I just add a tablespoon of flax oil to my protein shakes and i'm set.

yes yes i know that, but im actually looking for anybody who has seen a specific brand, with the combination of the 2, that could be better than others

bah, it has the flax seed oil, but no fish oil. ive yet to find one with flax seed and fish oil in the same thing. are they the same type of fatty acid? or have i just yet to come across one

They both contain the same essential fats. Do you want them in liquid form? About 3 months back I bought a bottle of gelcaps with fish oils and flax oil in them. I believe it was Country Life brand.
