Favorite Supplement Brands

I know there are lots of different brands out there that claim lots of results. I thought I would start a post so we all could learn from each other's experience about supplements and brands and if they are good or bad in each other's opinion.

Here's mine

Proteins:

Optimum Nutrition- Excellent Price, good taste and mixes easy
Champion Nutritrition- Smoothest and best tasting so far
EAS- Don't like the taste
Pinnacle- Great taste, more expensive then Opt. and Champ.
Designer whey- good taste, smooth, more money than others

Creatine:

Optimum - Great price, noticiable results
Met-RX - Kind of expensive, same results
EAS - Kind of expensive, same results

MRP's:

Champion - Best taste and Mixing
Optimum - Great price, flavors ok, not great
Met-rx - Good flavor, mixes ok, more expensive
EAS- Expensive, mixes good, don't like the taste

Androstendione:

OSMO: It's been a long time, not much results if any

Fat Burners:

Hydroxycut: Like it, suppresses apetite which I need cause I like to eat
Ripped Fuel: Noticleable results

Vanadyl sulfate:
**Note I mostly used these when on a CKD, per Dan D.' s Book Bodyopus**

Twinlab - Noticleable pump, good price
EAS - Expensive, about the same results

Diets:

Bodyopus - Great diet if you can stick with it. Lose fat very quickly and seem to hold onto what muscle you have. Although when I came off the diet I was hungry like a bear all the time.

That's what I have tried so far, I am interested to see what other brand and results everyone else has had.

I've used a power of stuff in my time and totally shudder at the cost of some of the garbage I've tried

Now I use the Ministry of fitness products for Whey, creatine, glutamine, carbs and vit C. IMO these guys are top value for money and quality products, great service too ( nah I dont work for them )

The Ministry

I avoid the marketing and hype and go with products from Pyramid Nutrition. Quality, great service, fast delivery. I don't work for them either but i love their:

Testosterol XP (1-Test, 1-4AD, 4-AD, glutamine)
Soma RX (recovery/growth hormone)
L-Glutamine

Protein Powder- Optimum or Champion

CoQ10 -Q Gel (Tishcon) -best

MultiVitamin - USP certified (Costco)
Vit C
Vit E

Enough chicken and turkey to keep Perdue and Tyson in the black.

Thumbs down

Hey steriodgirl, why don't you go seek attention somewhere else. Go ask your mamma why you don't have any friends, and why you are always being called a dickhead. I am sure she will be honest with you, that is if you have the iQ to understand speech.
