Finsihed EC Stack with little/no results, Did I go Wrong?

I just finished a 3 month supply of EC and saw very small results. I was taking rec. dosage 25/200 three times a day and also taking 6 fish oil caps through out the day. My weight did not drop at all. I think I might have gained a little size and my lifting weight in the gym went up in some areas.

Could this be because I dropped off on the cardio a bit? I used to do a 30min run on an empty stomach before I lifted but I began to cut that out cuz my gym was getting too busy when I got there. Also, I started eating 4-6 meals a day. Usually a 20g protein in water and small bowl of wheat cereal with soy milk before I lifted. After was 3 eggs and hamburger meat and a 40gram shake in water with banana. Lunch and dinner would usually be chicken.

I am thinking maybe I ate more of a muscle gaining diet rather than a gut reducing/6 pack producing diet.

I have been off all supps 2 weeks come thursday and am wondering where I should go from here?

I have started waking up earier and running on empty for 30 min and then downing a 20gram protein and water shake plus wheat cereal and soy milk before lifting. After lifting is the same as above, 3 eggs, hamburger and 40grams protein in water with banana and sometimes a little natural peanut butter.

I was thinking about forgetting the six pack idea and taking creatine to pack on as much muscle as possible. I am only 5'6 and weigh 150 so either fat or muscle shows up on me easy. Not to mention I used to be 200lbs so I think I gain weight around my midsection easy.

Thanks
RC

Well from your diet I can already tell you that you not eating a very good split for your goal. Also remember that a diet isn't something which remains in one state, as your body changes so should your diet... you don't want to be eating for a 150lb man when you've dropped to 100lbs. Running on an empty stomach won't get you anywhere, so give that up.

Also why the 6 oil caps a day? Don't forget that even if it's healthy too much of anything can be bad for your dieting efforts. Your right in thinking that part of the problem was the lack of cardio during your dieting time, remember that in simplistic terms to lose 'weight' you have to expend more calories than you take in each day - anareobic exercise doesn't do that.

Finally, six packs are made in the kitchen. Your diet doesn't need to be good, it needs to be exceptional...sure anyone can get a 6 pack that is recognisable, but if you want the bulky abs and cut to hell - you've got months of hardcore dieting coming your way. Also be aware that you can lose fat without actually losing weight, the weight ratio between muscle : fat is not balanced, muscle weighs a lot more than fat.
