Fish Oil For Joint Pain?

Last time I had elbow and knee pain I took some fish oil pills and a couple of weeks later I was better. I also took a break so that is probably what helped.

Will fish oil help with joint pain etc??

This is enjoint g-c from GNC I have had it for a while, but it says it expires in 12-06

Will this help?

Thanks

Fish oil should help with pain due to an inflammmation process. Fish oil is asource of omega 3s. When we experience joint pain it is usually from the body producing inflammatory agents in responas to some stimuli. These are produced from Arachadonic Acid. EPA in fish oil will compete with Arachadonis Acid in the body to produce much less powerful inflammatory agents and thus reduce the inflammation process and ease the pain.
I also find glucosamine very good.
