Fish Oil - Your Brand - Cost - Amount you take - When

Hey there,

I searched the archives and didnt really see a thread like this, although there are many on fish oils.

Before I go out and buy a crapton of Fish Oil caps, I just wanted to take a tally of the brands that everyone here uses because I trust the DiscussFitness community the most.

So if you wouldnt mind friends, please list your:
"Fish Oil Brand"----"Cost per bottle"----"Amount you take" ---- "When you take it"

thanks! :

I have been using a brand called OmegaBrite OmegaBrite.

The acid test comes when it's time to re-order. I have done so twice. All I know is that I'm not taking OTC Alleve like I used to after a hard week of training so I believe taking it has given me some anti-inflammatory benefits.

Not sure about any other recognizable benefits.

I use the Kirkland brand from Costco. I normally take one in the morning and one in the evening, unless I have some other fatty fish for a meal during the day. Has a good mix of oils from different fish from deep ocean waters, and is pretty inexpensive.

I take Omega Guard. It costs $29.95 for a 30 day supply. I chose it due to tripple molecular distillation the company puts it through. No Mercury cantaminates are present in it. I take 3 daily at night.
