Example :

Michael Rae: Calories, not Energy Balance, MatterNovember 3, 2005 - 1:45pm Michael Rae points to previously posted evidence and arguments that it is calorie intake and not energy balance (calories consumed - calories burned) that are important for CR longevity benefits. At the very least Michael says that a pretty large calorie reduction is required to get any CR longevity benefit - i.e. you can't eat a nearly normal number of calories and expect that with enough exercise you can gain the same longevity benefits of eating less. (??)

Here is the example of a recipe from their site. http://recipes.calorierestriction.or...&_mode=details
It sounds nutritious wholesome and tasty. The problem is that it is 10 servings and is expected to stay fresh in the fridge for 10 days ! It just doesn't match my lifestyle.

I'll second rbuchman's reccomendation of grinding the seed. I have my coffee grinder and put it in my oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, and other things. Getting the fat from a whole-food source is much better, IMO.
