Don't take them. You don't need supplements, if you want energy, drink coffee or just get more active. You shouldn't have to take something to get energy as it is.

They are fine as long as you use a little common sense (i.e. don't take a handful). To increase their effectiveness, only use them during your most important practices. If you use them daily, you will build up a tolerance, and they will stop working. When you use them drink plenty of water and Gatorade because you will sweat more. Happy speeding!!!

I'd say skip em' . . you really want and trust a supplement that is sold at Gas Stations? You shouldn't need it and if your feeling drained you may not be eating right or getting enough sleep . . . I'd check that first

most that die from stuff like that over dose or take 5 on a hundred degree day or had preexisting conditions. I have since stayed away from epehedra since i got sick from them to many withdrawl sides. But I do take energy teas and what not that are epehdra free and wont make me jittery

stuff like this is good

or redbull style drinks may be safer

a great sup for football is spark. its made by advocare and is kinda hard to find but it works really well. its caffiene and b-12. it gets you jacked up and keeps you focused.

The maker of yellow jackets is also the maker of staker. The FDA has has hard on for their products because of what they're linked to. Basically, due some investigation of a product called Stamina RX. Let's just say before selling stacker they were selling a stack of (e)cstasy, (c)oke and (a)mphetamines.

My rule with ephedrine, don't ever take it if you are doing any cardio, your heart is already beating faster and the increased cardio will just overload you... but hey, you're playing football so you know, it shouldn't be a problem (kidding kidding)... i've taken some ripped fuel, forgot then swam some laps during rest period and man was I going crazy.
