Fuel Injection V12, is it safe?

Ive been wondering for a bit about the safeness of supplements. Creatine seems safe, but what about this V12 stuff. It looks perfect, but I dont want to jump into something like that without knowing everything about it. Anyone have any info on it?

//www.bodybuildingforyou.com is a worthwhile website. To break down V12 a little. Tricreatine is actually Bi-creatine = creatine and malic acid. This is the same as mixing creatine monohydrate and drinking grape juice (malic acid). It helps with the transportation of creatine into the muscle. NO2 is a vasodialator = opens the veins and muscle cells (more than they already are). This is very beneficial, and I've witnessed a buddy of mine on NO2 and he's now jacked ! Glycocyamine (natural creatine) used with creatine will enhance the muscle repair of creatine. As for the rest of the ingredients...it's just a combination of amino acids. V12 is a good product in my opinion... :

What do others think of V12, I am seriously giving it a thought after my first failure with creatine.

Wait, do you need to add a high sugar carb to V12 for post workout or is it a built in delievery system.

Okay sounds good. But the thing that confuses me is your supposed to take it twice a day, 8 hours apart. So once after my workout and and at another time in the day or does it have to be always after a workout.
