proper nutrition

You need to eat constantly, every 2 hours, but not just anything, or you are going to cause more harm than good. If you have proper nutrition, your body will balance out. I am taking 17 fruits and vegetables in capsule form, and it does just that. If you need to lose, you will lose, and you will gain if you need to. There is also the BEST protein shake available, its sugar free, chemical free, and dairy free. My nephew has always been SUPER SKINNY, and his mom is so amazed because his being on this has already helped him start to gain. You dont gain fat either, its lean muscle. edit: link removed
