If you weigh 130 now it means you haven't done enough work in the gym or on your diet and you shouldn't even consider using d-bol until you get those 2 aspects of your lifting straightened out.

BUMP you can make huge gains on 130lbs just through, correct diet, training and rest.

D-bol will do nothing for you in the long term if you don't have these in place.

How old are you and how long have you been lifting? I hope you're not thinking of taking it because of the bench pressing competition you were talking about. If so I think it would most likely hurt you since you're weight would jump up and put you in a heavier class with people pressing close to 300 lbs. because it wouldn't increase your bench enough to even compete at that level.

Just because he's 130 doesn't really mean anything. jiminem086 how tall are you? If you're only like 5' 2" then 130 isn't bad, but if you're around 6' then you should definitely look your diet, routine, and rest before considering other alternatives.

i heard that a d-bol cycle alone, whether 4 weeks or 10 weeks will shrink u back to normal when the cycle's done even with good PCT... i heard u need test as a base, this true?

hi, thanks for replying i would like to hear some more of your advice...lets see i'm close to 6' so yes i'm too skinny... I've been lifting every winter since i was 14 but this winter when i turned 17 i have'nt stopped (except for 1 month) and i'm not going to stop for awhile, i think i'm very strong for my size but i'm want to be bigger. the competition does'nt mean much to me just something to do that i tihnk i might get a prize for. The d-bol i thought could be harmful but i just planned on taking it for 4 weeks just to make a higher jump in progress. I lift 4 days a week with i feel a good routine ( isolate body parts and change things up) I do'nt think the d-bol was that big a deal but this board seems to think so...i read up on steriods and i feel if there not overly abused they may not be too harmful this is why i was only gonna take them for such a short time. Also lately I've been making alot of changes to my diet i think i'm averaging about 3000 calories a day, i eat whole wheat bread alot 110 calories 4 g protien. ya so the competion and d-bol have nothing to do with each other. any advice? let me know or anymore question?

Your cals are too low, bump them up to over 4000 per day. Make them clean, i.e. chicken or turkey breast, lean beef and pork, whole grains, vegetables, and beans.

Take some whey with high GI carbs post workout.

Change your workout to the basics. Heavy rows, dips, benches, squats (both front and back), chins.

Look man you dont need roids at 17 you already have all the test you need to grow. People 30+ years take it to have the test us young ones have now...

You beat me to it Jackal this is exactly what I was going to say. There is no need for roids when you are 17 you have high enough test levels already. You can make serious gains now if you just get a good routine and diet.

You can get testostrone levels checked at the doctor's correct? If so, just to bring some more chit chat to this thread, what happens if he DOES have below average testostrone.....??? Would it be bad to supplement with a different grade of testostrone (steroids) for a cycle?

If testosterone is checked and found deficient then there are many avenues that doctors should look at before perscribing HRT (hormone replacement therapy). HRT is a lifelong commitiment and they are unsure of the long term side effects.
