This summer I ran close to an hour a day and was very strict about what I ate. By doing this I was able to get good
muscle definition but it was very hard to do. I did not eat much was bustin my butt running. I did not
lift weights. Now I am getting into weights. Since I have the definition I want do I need to continue to starve myself and run all the time? I know a little running will be needed but is it easier to maintain a good body than it is to lose the weight to get the good body? How much cardio does it take to keep the good body? Can I splurge and eat Mc. Donalds every now and then or drink a coke every now and then? Or do I need to maintain a strict diet still to keep my body? Thanks for the help.
