Getting sick of the dumb questions

These supplement questions have gotten out of hand.

I understand that you have to start somewhere, nobody is born with the knowledge, but do some research before you ask dumb questions. 99% of every question asked has been answered 50 times. Read the information thats already here, theres a lot of it

"I just bought cell tech and nitro tech, what else should I take"
"I want to get super ripped and super swol at the same time, how do i do it"
"When is the best time to take protein"
"What are the best supps"
"Whats the best protein"

These are the types of questions im talking about. READ. Quit wanting all the answers handed to you.

Its getting next to impossible to even be able to find any worthwhile threads.

yea but at a vitamin shop YOU are the only source of information. On forums, there is a search button

And im calm, im just trying to clean up the board so there arent 14 threads on cell tech and 12 threads on whats the best way to lose fat and gain muscle at the sme time all on the first page.

I was asked in what I thought was a serious manner by a client if I was a cannibal.

Why?

Because I could explain what muscle tissue looked like,.....and began to describe the difference with muscle type fiber ratios and the colour and "composition" of these muscles....

I don't really "think" she was serious but she did have a little worried glint in her eye when she ever so quietly asked me .....
