Gh

Tried to do some research on it, and all i got were sites that sold it!

I know that by taking this it ups your GH, thus making more muscle mass. I don't want to take it, but I do have a friend who is a nationally renown (renoun, renown?) gymnast and he was asking me about it. So my question to you is, what are the potential side effects from taking this, and why is it banned in sports such as gymnastics?

Using real GH is dangerous and expensive. Your body is told by the pituitary gland when and how much to release. Injecting extra without a real, valid medical reason is just not a good idea. However there are suppliments that can help your body produce more of it's own.

One of those is GABA. There has been a great deal of discussion of that particular suppliment on this board. Do a search for it.

Heavy lifting with big compound movements like squats and deadlifts also tell your body to produce more of it's own GH and Test.

Proper sleep and recovery also help with that.
